Ashley, sometimes we go through things in our life that are so traumatic that even though we think we’re okay we’re still stuck.  I have to say that your work with me is such a gift because you have this uncanny ability to tune into my situation and sense that “sticky” place and then….here’s the best part….ask just the right question that acts as leverage for getting unstuck.   I can’t tell you how many times I just marveled at the simplicity and elegance of the question you would ask me because in those times I remember saying “Wow, great question”.   I live my life from sticky note pads and I sometimes write down the questions you ask on one of the pads except I’ve renamed them “unsticky notes”.   Thank you for the compassion, caring, and lightness you bring to a session.
